Battle Royal, Day 8.
Right on schedule. Usually the novelty of the new contest wears off after the first week, and vote turnout starts to drop. Clearly, about half of you aren't voting--at least half of you. We have 30 entrants, I don't like seeing 15-18 votes per battle. Ah, well. It's your points. What usually happens in low vote situations is that favorites tend to lose, and my scoring grid becomes a blob of red ink. Like I said, they're your points. Regardless, DK and Kirby posted solid wins, and we move on to the last 2 battles of First Donuts, Round 1. Tomorrow night, a podcast gets recorded, hopefully to go up tomorrow night as well. That podcast will recap all of the first division's action, including an up-to-date leaderboard and matchups for First Donuts, Round 2.
