Giant frogs, giant frogs!

Well, what can I say? We got about 3 feet of snow.

Wal-Mart was closed, but no loss of pay for me. I was off anyway. However, as you read in the last post...sleep wasn't much. I spent most of the day onlining and gaming. After dinner, Jim, Lisa, Heather, and I played a game of Monopoly which lasted over 4 hours. Jim won, and I lasted for about 3 and a half hours. Talked to April briefly, and now am online chatting.

If Wal-Mart is open tomorrow, and we can't dig the car out of the driveway, I'll be walking or skiing to work.

The aftermath.

Well, all said and done, I woke at 10:30 today, feeling slightly sick. No more than 10 minutes after I get up, Bob tells Rob and I to dig the cars out. So, we do, and I get to work, where it was dead. All day. All 9 hours I was there. I must have helped 10 people, tops. However, over the day, I felt progressively worse and worse, my head feels like it's in a vice, I can't stop sneezing and blowing my nose. Made for a shitty day. I come home, take my temp, and it's in excess of 100 degrees, giving me a slight fever. And I know I'm running a fever--I'm wearing 3 shirts, 2 PJ pants, a fleece blanket, and I'm still shivering. So, I'll pop some NyQuil, have some tea, and head to bed. I'll probably be at work tomorrow, popping DayQuil.

VGV will not be updated as a result.

Anyway...bids for my books have gone up. Hopefully, I'll feel better in the morning.
