Tournament of Champions: Battle 3.
The votes are in, and once again, Fantasy World played a large part in determining the winner of today's battle. While Nemesis and Laguna ended in a tie on the LJ poll, the overwhelming fanboyism of anything Final Fantasy-related on Fantasy World heaved much support on Laguna, giving him a 16-10 win to advance to the Semifinals, where he will face Cloud Strife. But now we move on to the next battle here in the ToC...two classic Nintendo characters go at it now, Link from the Legend of Zelda series takes on Samus Aran of Metroid fame. Tomorrow, the last battle of Round 1 will be posted, and so will a leaderboard.
