And the winner is...
...me.
I reached 50,000 words tonight. NaNoWriMo for me, is done. While the story itself is nowhere near done, I end tonight's writing at 50,304 words. This is the 3rd time in 4 tries that I have done the foolish task of writing under pressure, and I'm glad. Since I got to 50,000 in the middle of Chapter 10, I'm going to finish out the chapter over the next couple of days, then slack off immensely as I turn my attention toward the upcoming Winter Contest. But for right now, I'm exhausted, my brain is mush. To those who are currently in the final stretches of NaNoWriMo, I wish you the best of luck!
