The vote to legalize gay marriage in NY happened today--with the NY Assembly passing it comfortably, it went to the Senate.
The bill is now dead--the NY Senate just voted on it. Gay marriage fails in NY, losing 24-38. All 30 Republicans and 8 Democrats voted against it.
You happy, all you bigoted Catholics? You happy that you continue to oppress people who don't believe in your hypocritical, fear-mongering dogma?
