a_bit_of_wit_2The vote to legalize gay marriage in NY happened today--with the NY Assembly passing it comfortably, it went to the Senate.
The bill is now dead--the NY Senate just voted on it. Gay marriage fails in NY, losing 24-38. All 30 Republicans and 8 Democrats voted against it.
