The LJ Bandwagon and KBH Chat Round 2.
Thursday, 8 January 2004 22:37Sneezing. Hacking. Runny nose. Woke up to this today. When temps drop from 40s to 20s, immune system screams for mercy. All day, it was just murder. I must have gone through half a box of tissues, and my nose feels like I took sandpaper and rubbed it on the nose for an extended period of time. Got a little further in Xenosaga, the plot thickened. David and Jen came over for a bit, Jen left, leaving David with me. So we played some darts, myself getting 3 in a row, then he headed up and began FFX-2, and I went on AIM and also wrote another couple of pages. Once again, KBH met in another sick chat, and littleaphid created a LJ community for KBH. Almost all of us now have an LJ, thanks to Catie. After a couple of hours of this, I dragged David off the gaming and had more dart fun. He broke my streak in a game that lasted almost an hour. Everyone came home from school, and then the parents came home. Dinner was alright...and then I went to FFX-2, only to receive a disappointment--the blitzball setup in this game sucks major ass compared to FFX. The game was excellent in FFX...here...the action element and direct contact that came with it is nonexistent. I was disappointed.
I went down to the basement for a bit of nostalgia as Rob and I played Super Mario World on the SNES. He bought himself some PS1 games, and that was that. Now I sit here watching T2, having a partial KBH chat, and enjoying the quiet with my stuffy nose. Nighty night, all.
