Boy, they were SO wrong!
Tuesday, 6 April 2004 14:09Damn that Eternal Darkness all-nighter...great fun had by all, but man, has it fucked with my sleep schedule. I haven't been getting tired at 1 or 2 AM, my usual...the last couple nights I haven't been tired until close to 5 AM--this must be rectified. Although, last night...I didn't want to go to bed. (smiles)
Anyway, woke up around 1 or so yesterday, and shortly after I woke, it was onto breakfast with Nick, then on to complete the objectives. Now, the forecast for yesterday called for another winter storm--a high chance of snow, wind, and cold. Wow...it's rare for the forecast to be SO wrong--it was bright and sunny, but cold and windy. God does have a sense of humor. (grins) Anyway, time was not on my side--I had to pay my ARD in one hour. So I went to Student Accounts, and luckily got there just before a huge line of procrastinators pulled in. So, I did all that and bought a new ID card--since mine was no longer allowing me into Deyo. It worked everywhere else, but not at the door. SHINY. So...I played Twin Snakes and finished it, then it was onto dinner with Wyatt, Nick, and Kate...then back into my room where Wyatt saw the "Green" ending of Eternal Darkness, then it was Mario Golf, where Wyatt was hitting Nick with blunt objects. After a few rounds, both went back, and I was left alone, where I spent the rest of the night alone, except online with Sarah and everyone's favorite goob Trav, where we shot back random Ghostbusters lines. Overall, general insanity, but the whole night was fun. So, I went to bed shortly before 5 AM, and laid in my bed, cuddling my blanket, thinking pleasant thoughts.
I wonder how things went at the party last night...
What am I doing today? I'm assuming most places in town are closed for Passover, so tomorrow I'll run my errands in town. Today looks like a calm day.
