This...is...typical. Absolutely typical. It never fails.

Ahh...morning, all. I hope my almost 8 hours of sleep made up for my very late nights this week, where I've been up till past 4 AM online, and working on this FF Character battle contest, of which I'm still taking entries. Although...last night, I was bored out of my mind until I chatted with Bri and Sarah online. I had missed April by an hour, and so she was in bed by the time I got online at 10:30. Silly work. Silly early shifts. I couldn't work at 7 AM, not with my current sleep schedule. Yesterday was a good day at work, aside from the machines putting up an argument with me for a little bit. I whipped them into submission, though. :) Then I came home, had a chat about the fun of reading with Bob and David, then hopped online, where I'd be there until 2:30 AM.

Today is the 4th straight day of very warm, bordering on hot, perfect swimming weather. Today is also the 4th straight day I have to work. Never fails. It happened in NP as well...I ended up working on the nicest days of the week. Now, it's excellent beach weather--4 days of it now, and I work. Watch...on Sunday, my first day off, it's cold and rainy. God can be funny like that. However, some joy today--I get my first paycheck here. FUNDS!

Also today will be the last I see of my laptop for up to a week--it's going to my stepdad's friend to be overhauled: Windows ME dumped, maybe some part upgrades, replaced with 98 or 2000, etc. Happy me.

Now...my brain has to wake up...for I work in 2 hours. Have a good one, all!
