When an 800-pound gorilla's got you by the tits...
Wednesday, 11 August 2004 02:18...you listen.
Enjoyed my day off. I took full advantage of the situation, and stayed up until 5 AM this morning, then woke at 12. Rob, slept longer than me, getting 10 hours of sleep, waking at 1. I needed to take care of some errands, and seeing that no one was here to ride me, I decided to break my bike out of a 2 year hiatus, and I biked into downtown Falmouth to stop at Wal-Mart, Staples, and Blockbuster. Despite the heat, the 6 mile trek was quite fun. Came back, and tickets were got for my trip to Oklahoma. The rest of the day would be spent gaming, and David showed up, parked himself in front of Rob's XBox and played SSX Tricky for 3 hours. And so, the usual nightly routine ensued. Now, I go to bed, bracing myself for a 5-day stretch of work.
I go to bed quite happy.
