After the third straight weekend in NP, I am here once again, my happiness exuding through every orifice in my body...yes, even through the penis. But, happiness aside, this post is dedicated to the poor squirrel that became embedded in April's tires yesterday.
Thursday--I actually spent most of Thursday here in North Adams, since April had class, and wouldn't pick me up until around 7:30ish. When she arrived, the intention was to go to the lovely pit o' grease, Jack's...but we were almost an hour too late, as it closed at 7. Poo. So, we had to go with the next thing...and we had to sin to do this...we ate at McD. (prepares for the rotten produce to be lobbed at him) Truth be told, it's looking more and more like I'll be heading back to the land of swill, lard, and heart disease. April finally heard me sing, and it was much goodness. We wouldn't get back to NP until after midnight, and we went to the Deli of Convenient to satisfy the urge of late night munchies, where, lo and behold, we were graced with the Tom and Jill. A hyper me and a sleepy April, with Heather along, headed back to the dorm, got all mushy, cuddly, and went to bed...only to wake up at 7 AM, enjoy each other, and go back to sleep.
Friday--Morning wood! All hail morning wood! Ahem...er...right. The wood aside, we plodded onto Assbrouck, where we come across a new invention in toiletries--Wypeall. It's akin to wiping your ass with a cloth napkin, from the general look and feel of it, anyway. Fed on some prime slop with the company of Nick, walked April to the bookstore, then headed to Canada (read: Wyatt's room) only to find out that he wasn't in. Next plan: head to Nick's alcohol-laced room, only to be found by a squealing Kate leaping into my arms. After chat, it was back to Kate's room, where Tryn walked in on us, and the four of us just sat there, chatting sharing fun sex stories, grossing Nick out, oh, beautiful! Wyatt came back, and Nick and I went to the province of Wyatt for some gaming fun. Wyatt had fun with Ninja Gaiden, then onto the SSBM fun! Wyatt and Nick left to do some DnD thingy, leaving me to play SSBM by myself until a tall, black guy looking for Wyatt came in and just started playing SSBM with me. :) I don't even know his name, but he loved the Knee of Justice, courtesy of Captain Falcon. April had finished work by this point, and after some general nauseating squeeness, we went on our second date. Second date in almost 5 months, holy hell. Ate at La Bella, where April and I put away an entire large pie, each of us having 4 slices. Back to her dorm for the night, where we watched Bill Cosby Himself, and I laughed my ass off (even though I must have seen it at least 3,853,902 times), as did April. We then watched Aladdin and the King of Thieves, and then after...well, you can kind of infer. (grins!)
Saturday--It's the ever vigilant return of...morning wood! I swear, my penis wakes up an hour before I do. Unfortunately, we dragged ourselves out of bed for Haspuke, then proceeded to go the mall with Heather and her friend Becky. Stops along the way: FYE, Waldenbooks, EB, Hot Topic, Best Buy, the arcade. We were there for a few hours, April and I having a blast. I nearly melted in Lindt, for I was being shown exquisite chocolate. We got lost in Waldenbooks, gawking at a Kama Sutra book. (sly grin) As a result of being lost in pages, we were half an hour late, but I didn't care. I ended up buying the first book of The History of the Lord of the Rings, which I'll probably get started on shortly. After that, we headed to the food court for some prime junk before going into the arcade, April and I playing some Skee Ball, then playing air hockey. Currently my record with April: 1 win, 2 losses. However, we only played two games before our time was cut short due to an ailing Becky/Heather. On our way to Barnes and Noble, a squirrel ran out onto Route 9. Had it kept going, it would have made it safely across. However, it got scared by a car, ran back the other way--straight under April's car. April looked back, saw the creature roll and hit the curb. And I felt myself tearing up. A weakness for me, if you can call it that, is seeing animals die. Makes me quite sad, and so I was starting to tear up. We got to B&N, and once again, we got lost in books. I had some nostalgia in the store, seeing the Goosebumps books again. I really don't remember the books being that thin, or the print that large. When we arrived back to the dorm, plans were ready for us to go to Tom's, all of us being Tom, Jill, Nikki, Wyatt, April, and I, the main event being the viewing of the real ending of Eternal Darkness. April cried for a little bit, circumstances beyond either of our control. While there, Burnout 3, Guilty Gear X, and SSBM were played, and when Wyatt, Tom, and Jill were out of the house, April and I had a long chat...a chat about the two of us living together in an apartment. The conversation went from a hypothetical chat to a very real chat, and the possibility of this happening is quite real. Once more, I saw a smile spread across her beautiful face, and she enjoyed the rest of the night, making me happy.
I saw Wyatt do something I never, ever thought I'd see him do, not until he was 21--he drank a Smirnoff Twisted. :) When Nikki came, drink was had by everyone except April and I, and we saw the ending of the game. Shortly thereafter, Tom drove April and I back, and after some inferred fun and pleasure, we drifted off into happy sleep.
Sunday--I woke at dawn...well, I didn't. He did. I woke around 10:30, thanks to April. (grins) After not wanting to get out of bed, we headed to Asspuke, snarfed on delicious, positively exquisite choice swill, then headed back to the dorm after some time in the computer lab. We intended to leave at 2 PM...ahem...40 minutes after 2. Deliciously distracted, perhaps? Finally, we were on our way back to North Adams. We stopped at the NY/MA border and hiked up a short distance to a nice place to sit and enjoy being with each other. We were there for a while, looking at the scenic view, looking at April. I love you so much. We got back to campus, and we ate dinner in the dining hall. Back in BT, we played a game of pool where I lost by foolishly scratching on the 8-ball, my most common way of losing. On that happy note, April left, and I've been here since, chatting with Sarah, and catching up with the online crew. She made it back safely, and I can sleep soundly. I'll see you Friday, love.
First class at 3:30 tomorrow, so I'll be up quite late.
Nighty night, all.
