Well, I had said that I liked NP better than MCLA. Now it's official. Apparently, MCLA doesn't take into account the typical college student on weekends--students that wake between 2 and 4 PM. I woke at 1:30 today after going to bed between 4 and 4:30 this morning, and I go to the dining hall. I arrive only to find out that the dining hall is closed every day between 2 and 4 PM. So, I'm quite hungry and I can't eat until 4. With that attempt failed, I head for my next objective--finding a computer in the labs to burn music off my computer (since I'm almost out of hard drive space). I have 60-70 songs to burn, and I went into the lab--only to find out that NO COMPUTER in any lab has a CD-RW drive. All computers just have a CD-ROM drive. There's two strikes. My next idea which was to go to Jack's to eat would be shot down as well, as I remembered I can't afford it.

Must feed...grr.

I went to bed at 4 AM, with the happiness of the Red Sox winning last night's game to lead the series 2-0 and my chat with Sarah keeping me awake. Despite me not being able to breathe, I slept until 1 PM--making up for the previous night's 5. Got dressed, and went to my interview at McD--which lasted 10 minutes. And just like that, I am employed, starting Act III of the McWorld Musical, with yours truly at the helm, bringing you the recaps, blow-by-blows, general rants of the Greasy Arches. I begin Sunday, 2 PM to 10. Huzzah. Got back, and watched the entire thrilling Game 3 of the ALDS between the Red Sox and Angels. Oh, a nail biter from the 7th inning, and ended in true postseason glory, a walk-off 10th inning home run closing the door on the ALDS, sweeping the Angels. Had dinner somewhere in there, and spent several hours chatting with April and doing laundry.

I will have funds again, WOOT!

YAY for fun.

Now, this baseball postseason is already excellent. The LCS will be quite thrilling to watch. As of tonight:

ALDS Yankees vs. Twins: Yankees lead best-of-five series, 2-1 after an 8-4 win tonight. Next game tomorrow, 4 PM.
ALDS Red Sox vs. Angels: Red Sox win best-of-five series, 3-0 after a walkoff home run in the 10th, winning 8-6.
NLDS Astros vs. Braves: Best-of-five series tied 1-1. Next game tomorrow 1 PM.
NLDS Cardinals vs. Dodgers: Cardinals lead best-of-five series 2-0. Next game tomorrow, 7:30 PM.

Tomorrow...what do do? Who knows? I don't know. Regardless, I'll be up for a while.

Nighty night, all.
