Today, had it not been for my back, would have been an ok day. Woke around 12 or so, and did a little writing, did the weekend recap on LJ. Read if you dare. I had called Sallie Mae with regard to the co-signer part of the loan, and they told me they needed some verification info from Dad, so I told him, and he's getting it together. This presents a spark of hope for me, since this is the first of the co-signers of which Sallie Mae has asked for verification of income information. The other ones...just a quick denial. Things could look up, however, I'm not raising my hopes high yet. More on that to come in the coming days. Went to my Modern World class, then back here for a little writing before work. Work was ok...but the fact that the pain in my back had worsened over the day made work a little rough, to the point where bending over, hell, even walking, was becoming painful. I must have slept in an awkward position or something--I didn't lift anything wrong, or I would have known immediately. As if something was reading my mind, J.P. and a friend had come into McD at 9:50, and they asked me if I wanted a ride back to the Towers, of which I leaped at the offer. When I got back here, talked to April online while Kaz chatted with Emma. After, I called Sarah, and unfortunately, only got in a couple minutes in when Mike (her friend) unexpectedly came to her house, and she had to go, telling me she'd call me back. In the meantime, I have now cleared the halfway mark at NaNo, closing tonight with 25,649/50,000. By midnight of today (the 16th), I'll need roughly another 1,000, 1,100 to catch up to where I should be.

Chapter Six will be finished tomorrow, and I plan on getting most of 7 under me. I've got the first reviews for this, so far good. However, these reviewers are asking me to do something that I will not do...make the two main characters, Dylan and Regina, hook up. It's a novelization, not a lemon. I've already deviated from the main game enough--adding in scenes that fill in certain MAJOR plot holes in the game, and which makes the game just a bit more realistic, for example, like having the characters take damage. You may be saying if you played this game, "but they do! They do take damage during the game! With all those dinosaurs, etc, etc." To make the story more realistic, dinosaurs are sporadic, and not appearing every time you move a foot. Same applies for weaponry. But, to further find out, read it.

Anyway, I go to sleep.

Nighty night, all.
