(insert maniacal laugh here)
Wednesday, 2 March 2005 01:09Don't ask. Just don't. I feel silly. Moo. Quack. Aflac. Whatever. I'm in the mood for rough sex, but my penis doesn't extend across the state of Massachusetts--if it did, the state might put an excise tax on said member. Not to mention that April's sick, and 300 miles away. So I'll save the trouble. Besides--how the hell could one hide an erection 300 miles long? I mean, I could only use 6 inches of it, if that. Kind of defeatist, really. Waste of penis.
So, my part in the Vigliotti War has, and currently still is, the role of Switzerland. I love this role--I am not biased in alignment (then again, who said I was aligned to begin with? Stomp your feet if you like my beat.) and personally, while I want everyone in the house to ulimately get along--when yet another fracas between Bob and Grandma occur that result in the slamming of a door in Grandma's face, and words become twisted...here's the latest in misconstrued communication:
Last night, it was snowing heavily and windy, causing quite literally white-out conditions. You couldn't see 5 feet in front of you. As a result, Grandma did not want Mom driving in unplowed roads and white out conditions to get me. At first, I wasn't given all the information, but after hearing all of it, I believed and agreed with Grandma that she did not want Mom going out because it was too dangerous. Grandma tried to explain it to Mom, but Mom saw it as something like Grandma was being rude and selfish, not allowing her to drive to get her son. Personally, I would've wanted Mom to stay home as well--I got a ride home. However, this miscommincation went to Bob, and Bob now is further upset with Grandma.
Enough to drive someone bonkers. But, I shrug, smile, move on.
Last night, there was a 2 hour chat involving myself, David, Matilda and Grandma on issues of the house, centering around Bob. It'd take too long to recount the details of the conversation, but, there was a general consensus and agreeing with my original idea of a family meeting of EVERYONE, all 12 members of the house.
Today, work was work-like, and I talked to my boss about a certain co-worker getting under everyone's skin. Other than that, not too busy at work, and I shall be in tomorrow at 12. Mailed out payment for Soul Caliber and the Phantom necklace yesterday.
Got home tonight, chatted with my sick April, and told her to take the day off tomorrow. Showered, and here I am. Off Thursday, will probably do my MA taxes.
Until then, relaxing until bedtime.
Nighty night, all.
