And milk! Oh, goodie!

So now, word has made the rounds in the Photo Lab that I am officially leaving in 2 weeks, my official last day is Friday, October 21. I'll probably take that weekend off, then begin work on that Monday. Of the Photo Nerds, Rob and Allison are the only 2 who doth protesteth with my leaving. And you know, they helped make working there worthwhile. When I told Alan yesterday, he kind of deflated. However, Wal-Mart will probably continue to be a pain in my ass until the very end--once again, I racked up about 1 hour of overtime because we're kind of understaffed. This means that I stay longer (staying longer is my own decision, for either a) someone leaves early and/or calls out, which means my workload is increased and I won't leave until all the work is done; or b) I can't leave the other associate by him or herself during the middle of a mad rush). I'd love to keep that overtime. However, because Wal-Mart is pinching pennies, they tell me I can't keep the overtime I rightfully racked up. So, I was told to take a 2-hour lunch yesterday. Even so, I still racked up some overtime because I had to help close the lab in addition to helping out the newbie.

In other news, nothing much else. I'm currently winning on the eBay items I'm bidding on. My next day off is Wednesday, at which point I shall officially fill out paperwork and sign my soul to Staples, take two.

So, Red Sox have been eliminated, much to my dismay. However, the White Sox flat out deserved it...the Red Sox ran out of gas, and it showed. I only hope that the Yankees follow suit and go down tomorrow. Astros won tonight to lead the series 2-1, and currently the Cardinals are trying to close it out.

And oh, god, dinner was delicious. I'm in a mood to make more Phantom icons. Oh, Gerard Butler web siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite...
