Look Polish!
Tuesday, 24 January 2006 23:50First and foremost: I shall never use an AOL product other than AIM ever again. Every time I uninstall AOL from the computer, it always leaves residual stuff which takes so much effort to remove, also a few system errors as well. AOL is like Windows ME--it refuses to go quietly, like most other nice uninstall applications.
Second, to those of you New Paltz students looking for more credits or are interested, one of April's favorite professors, Ernelle Fife, is in need of students for her course, 18th Century Literature. If she doesn't have enough students within 2 weeks, then the administration will cancel the course, therefore the professor loses her salary for the course. You don't actually have to come to class if you don't want to, and you can drop the course after the 2 weeks, but for those of you with free time Tuesdays and Fridays from 10-11:15, please give her a hand. And it's her last semester here, since the administration didn't give her tenure...on the "official" grounds that she didn't "have enough scholarly publications." (cough cough bullshit cough) Word of caution, though: if you're a part-time student, adding another class will cost you money. If you've got between 12 and 15 credits, adding another class is free of charge, since you're already full-time. (April begs you on bended knee!!!)
So, save a good professor's job! Sign up (and stay registered) for the course!
In other news, not much else. Today, had off, gamed, was on the computer. Tomorrow, I'll be in New Paltz...bright and early, from 8 AM on. Again, Ben: if I remember, I'm bringing Chrono Trigger. Brie, Wyatt, let me know your schedules. I'll have my cell phone on me tomorrow, 845-853-5247.
But now, sleep.
Nighty night, all.
