Back from Albany after taking the civil service exam. Needless to say, both April and I nearly aced it, getting 95's on the multiple choice portion, and passing the typing part, myself with 66 words per minute and 4 errors in the 5-minute test. April did 67 words per minute and 5 errors. Our test scores were nearly identical.
To qualify for a job with NY, you must pass the multiple-choice with a 70. And type minimum of 35 words per minute.
Doesn't take much to qualify with NY, anyway.
Other that that, nothing really new. Work's been work. Will be in New Paltz on Wednesday, maybe we can crush the English major in Scrabble again.
And now I get ready for work.
