Wednesday, 22 March 2006 21:04My god, it's been a week since I last made a real post. Then again, I've worked for the last 6 days, today being my first day off since last Wednesday.
In that time, nothing much has happened in the way of life--April is now a Wal-peon, to make up for the hours that B&N isn't giving. Last Friday we went for a job interview with the Department of Labor--short and to the point: they told me what the position entails, when can I start, blah blah blah. Also went out with some of the Photo geeks to the All-Star Restaurant/Bar just up the street, took some blackmail photos of my friends getting tanked on St. Patty's Day. However, out of the kindness of my heart (and the fact that they read my LJ), I won't embarrass the hell out of them unless they warrant it. After all, I do own the negatives, and the CD of that night.
Other than that, it's really it. April and I took advantage of this off-day and went to see V for Vendetta, which is absolutely amazing. Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman deliver excellent performances, and I enjoyed it very much. Now I'm currently reading the original graphic novel.
Also, can't wait to see the Silent Hill movie. Saw the trailer, and I'm excited. It's gotten me in the mood to play Silent Hill 3, of which I just started today. 1 and 2 I've beaten, and I have to purchase the 4th game.
FGCB is nearing it's end, we begin the semifinals tonight. 11 days remain until its end.
And now, away I go.
