Ah, eBayers are a vindictive lot. I purchased Mario Kart: Super Circuit off eBay, and paid the $9 plus the $6 shipping for said game. I paid the seller on the day I won it, and I got the game a week later. Turns out that it only cost 87 cents to send the game--he didn't use a shipping label, just went to the Post Office and paid the regular first class postage on it. I left neutral feedback, since I got the game quickly...and got neutral feedback in return, despite me doing nothing wrong. A similar thing happened some months ago when I ordered a game and it took a month--seller never told me it was on back order despite me sending several emails. Left negative feedback there, and got in return for the reason that I left negative feedback.

However, I got a package in the mail yesterday, and it's a second game--I got the same game twice from the seller who left me neutral feedback in reply to mine. However, rather than be a dick and keep the second for myself to sell, I told the seller I had it, and he meant to send it to a buyer in Florida. He asked me to forward it to him and in return, I get free shipping on the next thing I buy from that seller. So it works out.

In the news, April and I were in NP last weekend, and it was an absolutely gorgeous weekend, weather-wise. Friday night had us snarfing on Oscar's, then spending the night with Mary, James, Wyatt, Shanti, and Jess before Brie graciously gave up her room--Shanti would sleep with Wyatt, Brie at Ben's, which left April and I using their two beds. Before that, though, we were outside playing frisbee, looking at stars and seeing our auras in the Tripping Fields. Much fun. Shooting stars are cool to watch.

Saturday, got off to a late start, but I pried Brie away from Warcrack! The mass entourage (April, me, Wyatt, Shanti, Brie, James, and Mary) traveled to Peter's Kill in Mohonk for a few hours. Wyatt and Shanti did some exploring (after Wyatt became Brie's sheep), Brie had a blast, I shot off 3 rolls of film, and James let out a yelp and slipped into the river. After we returned, we all went to Pasquale's (James' choice, since it was his birthday celebration), and then back for relaxing. Wyatt went to Gaming for Hope at Marist College (gaming for charity, I LOVE IT), and Shanti exposed us to ROFLMAO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEWgs6YQR9A), and it's still stuck in my head. As the night wore on, April and I got to re-familiarize ourselves with 2 people trying to cram onto a twin bed. We're spoiled now, with our queen bed. By the time I got to sleep, I was woken up by Ben, and couldn't fall asleep for another 2 hours. I took up sleeping on the floor and dozed on and off, got maybe 5 or so hours of sleep all night.

Sunday rolls around, but not much happens. April and I went to the diner for breakfast, since Wyatt asked us to leave the room before 10 AM--he was doing tours and was taking the group to his room. After we got back, we were greeted by a Mary and James, played some lawn toss, then went back inside for a bit before going to see Ben, Ian, and some others in Asspuke. Wyatt and Brie went to GameStop to get Pokemans, and shortly after, we left for home. I need to get those pics developed.

The work week has been boring to this point, overtime still continuing. However, Nick comes tomorrow for the weekend. Bill Engvall also comes to town on Saturday, we'll be catching that at Proctor's. It looks to be a gaming weekend, and with good reason--I just bought Super Paper Mario yesterday, in addition to downloading the SNES classic, Zelda: A Link to the Past...plus my giant backlog. I'm getting close to the end of FF3, though. I hope to finish that in the next week or two.

Meanwhile, still taking suggestions for the upcoming character battle contest. See last post for details. Now, laundry and a shower.

See ya.
