Put the pickle down, Uncle John.
Wednesday, 26 December 2007 10:36I hope that all of you had a very happy and healthy holiday, whatever you celebrate. If you don't, hope you had a good day regardless.
So, this year, spent Christmas with April's family, and while my family missed me this year, Christmas wasn't forgotten. Next year, the roles will be reversed: thanksgiving will be spent with April's family, Christmas will be with mine. Regardless, it was a good day. Today I actually get to play with my toys. And they are:
--4000 Wii Points
--Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (DS)
--Ultimate Mortal Kombat (DS)
--Mario Party 8 (Wii)
--Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds Live from Radio City (CD)
--assorted clothings
--The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide (all 5 friggin' stories!)
--some Old Spice smelly things to make women want to ravage me
--Wii Zapper (pending)
--$25
--$25 gift card to EB/Gamestop
--"Original Gamer" beanie cap
--Triforce pin
--various candies
--and a couple others which are in the mail or pending
Now, what to do with 4000 Wii Points...
I was glad to call as many people as I could yesterday--some I left answering machine messages, some I caught online, some I text messaged, but if I missed you, you weren't forgotten--I was running out of cell phone time and want to conserve what I have left until I buy some more. Rach, we spent 40 minutes talking before dinner whisked me away...have I missed it. We should do that more often. It was very nice.
Tomorrow, back to work, but today will be spent most likely with the games, and working some more on making the contest pictures. 21 people have entered the contest, 1 short of tying the record. There's a week and a half left to enter, people! To begin, go here.
And now, time to prance around here naked.
