And so, it was a close one, but chaos wins by 4 votes over Pious Augustus. Voting was a dead heat in FW, and the winning votes came over LJ. Because of that, TetsuoTrunks' bid to break Eyes' record of 22 consecutive battles won comes to an end. However, there's still time left to try again. With the pick for Pious, his perfect score ends, but still starts off the contest with just 1 loss. Congrats on tying the record! On the other battle, Ganondorf blew Ice Climbers out of the water, with a near shutout--someone cast a pity vote for Ice Climbers. And one important note: as I'm at April's parents right now, the leaderboard update will be postponed until tomorrow.

There's no more...

...I will fully realize the psychological impact in day or two, most likely, but it's done. I've completed my first game of 2008, and with it, complete something that's taken me about 8 or 9 years to do.

With Final Fantasy 12 completed, I've now beaten ALL of the main games in the series. That's 1 to 12 (excluding 11, because it's an MMORPG that has no end).

All I can do now is wait for FF13. For the last 8 or 9 years, there's always been an FF game to play, but now there isn't. Maybe I'll try some of the offshoot games, but for now, I can put a goal to rest.
