If you haven't read Joshie's journal for the latest update, then please read the following.
Due to poor communication and silliness of the person who ran the server that ran Fantasy World, the Fantasy World site has gone down. We do not know how long the site will remain down. However, since I do not wish the contest to be interrupted, I am now putting a backup plan in place.
The polls that you see on my LJ are run by PollHost. The polls you saw on Fantasy World were run by PollCode. One major advantage to PollCode is that they provide a URL to every poll you create: this means that you can still vote your 2 votes per battle. Except now, the FW polls will be given as a URL here on my LiveJournal. After you put in your votes on the polls you're about to see, click on the links that follow, and it will take you to PollCode's site for what was the FW battles. Vote there too, just like as you would have on Fantasy World. It sucks to have everyone redirected here for the time, but it works. Rather than stop the contest, all your voting can now be done right here. With that said, let's begin the Third Quest Division, Round 2.
