Annoucing: character suggestions for Character Battle 14: Chronos!

It's getting near that time, everyone. I will be doing a winter Character Battle contest this time around, and if you caught my announcement at the end of last summer's contest, you'll have read that the theme for Character Battle 14 is entitled, "Chronos."



Not much of a stretch here to see that the characters will be coming from Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. And before you ask, yes, there are at least 32 characters from each game, so we can pull off a 64-character bracket with this one.

So, as what's become tradition, I open the floor to you. What characters do you most want to see in this contest? With your assistance, I can create a good contest bracket. If, however, I get barely any suggestions, then you'll force me to go mining for characters and determine placement in the bracket by way of arcane, eldritch magic dice rolls. Here's the suggestion guidelines:

1) You can suggest up to 20 characters. However, do not give me characters all from one game. I ask that you break up your list in half--up to 10 Chrono Trigger characters and 10 Chrono Cross characters.

2) Suggestions can be sent to me via the following:
a) LiveJournal (do so anonymously--the more people suggest the same characters, the higher they will be ranked)
b) Facebook (send me a direct message)
c) Email: LLoire1119@hotmail.com, subject line: "CB14 suggestions."

3) Characters who are automatically in, don't even bother suggesting them: Crono, Marle, Lucca, Magus, Serge, Kid, Lynx. Everyone else is fair game.

4) The suggestion period will end at the end of the month, and I hope to have a bracket ready during the first week of December.
