Twinkies are in no way a phallic symbol!

Went to bed at 2 AM last night after chatting for almost 2 hours with Sarah, the first time in what seemed like a while. You know...I think for the first time in over four months, I find myself truly happy again. All the ugliness and drama that took place over the last four months has officially ended, and everyone is very happy. You know it's wonderful when everyone's laughing and joking, even when the subject is ways to torture someone's ex-boyfriend. However, after that long chat, I went to bed ecstatic, bordering on giddy. My friendship with Sarah remains intact, and wonderfully so; my love for April is as strong as ever. And just hearing the two of them laugh together...that did wonders.
Do you know how wonderful it is to be finally truly happy again? I wanted to run outside and just scream, express my joy, rapture to everyone. However, I slept soundly, grinning from ear to ear.
Until...
8:45 AM: an ungodly hour of most mornings, especially mornings in which one is deeply involved in making acquaintances with the deities of sleep. So, after my only two classes, time for exploring. My stepdad's axle skewer for the front tire of my bike arrived today, so now my bike is back in action. However, after that problem was fixed, another one arises. As I biked through North Adams, my bike chain is finally starting to go, and it was making very unusual grinding noises, and it's about to go. So I'll need to stop at Wal-Mart for another chain. Opened a new bank account, considering that there are no Fleet/Bank of America branches here. Also I discovered something about the job market here--it sucks. With Wal-Mart and Big Y pending, I wished to apply at Brooks Pharmacy, CVS, and Dunkin' Donuts--and none of them are hiring. So...with Big Y and Wal-Mart my only two options, I took the next step...took another McApplication, the chances of me going back to McD going up considerably after finding the other 3 prospects failing.
I spent most of the remaining day here, writing bits here and there of the DC fic, chatting online and gaming, with the general insanity of the B5 floor aside. Talked to my love for a while tonight, and she's heading off to bed. My only class is at 3:30 tomorrow, so I'll be up for a while probably writing. Hopefully my needed texts will be in the bookstore tomorrow...
And I go to bed happy, still.
Nighty night, all.
