In your rear, cow derriere.
Monday, 30 August 2004 11:11So I went to bed feeling quite happy, with Rob coming back home from his nightly exploits as soon as I got off the phone and jumped into bed. Almost 8 hours later, the internal alarm woke me, and when I got upstairs...I am not gonna like this morning's bike ride to work. The humidity is so thick, you could cut it with a knife. I have a feeling I'm gonna be so drenched in sweat when I arrive at work. The night doesn't look any better. Tomorrow, on the other hand, it looks like rain, and I'm very tempted to bike in the rain. I predict quite a busy day at Wal-Mart come Tuesday, at least in the Electronics department, for The Passion of the Christ is released...which means every religious fanatic and their mother will want a copy.
Looking ahead to the first semester of the year, I noted that MCLA doesn't get anywhere near the amount of days off that NP does, and so I've started to plan possible trips and such. I know there will be much visiting to NP and much April to be had, but looking at the winter break...I have 28 days to work with, just shy of a month, and it looks like I'm hardly gonna be home during that time--I'm going to be in Ramapo, Albany, Oklahoma, and home.
I found it quite amusing when I thought about my first visit to NP...I can just see myself being the object of a Tug-of-War between April and Wyatt. Or better yet, I'll find myself playing a game with Wyatt, Ben, and Nick--and April will knock on the door, grab me, takes me away, and hands Wyatt a bill: "Services Rendered: Brian." Then, I'll be with April, and then Wyatt comes barreling on April's door, grabs me, and hands April a bill for services rendered...the usage of me.
Now, it'll be off to work for me, so, have a good day!
