All right, all right. I voted.

Put my vote in for Kerry, and we got to ride to the polls via the MCLA...VOTE VAN!!!! (John flashes 2 v's)

Now, with that out of the way, I have to leave for work in 15 minutes...wah. I don't want to. It's a full 8 hour day today...3 to 11.

After I get back home, shower, and then I'll attempt to log another 2,000 words tonight.

Yay.

After going to bed around 4ish, woke up close to 1 this afternoon. After waking, I called my aunt, dreading. I got my grandmother instead, to which her first line was "and what's the purpose of this call?" said in a rather snide tone of voice.

Oh, here we go, I thought.

Told her that I needed to chat with my aunt, only to find out she was at work. I'll get her tomorrow afternoon. So it was a short chat. Good. After that, back here for a little more writing until my Modern World class. Had my test (which I think I did ok on), and got back here, did some more writing, and chatted with Sarah until she left for work. I was here a little while more, then went to work myself. Work passed quickly, and I got back here, did my essay, and talked to April for all of 5 minutes, basically me badmouthing my roomie...he was upsetting the wife.

According to Kaz, his wife's dream is to become a novelist, but her writing isn't good yet...and he told her so, telling her she's a beginner, and how many writers get negative feedback before getting it right. I could tell Kaz's words hurt her immensely, for she got angry for a short time, and he was consoling her for a while. Never shoot down someone, Kaz...rather than shoot down someone's dream, encourage them. Meanwhile, during his chat, he kept telling me to close my window and turn down my nearly-mute music. So, played DC2 afterwards, detailing the surroundings in my notebook for the novel, and then back here, where Kaz now insisted I shut the window because the chill was getting through his blanketed and socked feet. I chat with Sarah now, and soon I'll head to bed.

At the end of November 1st: NaNo Word Count: 2,271/50,000.

To every registered voter in the USA: VOTE ON ELECTION DAY!!! GO VOTE! YOU HOLD THE FATE OF THE COUNTRY IN YOUR HANDS! I don't want to see you guys complaining about whoever gets elected if you don't vote and have the ability to.

Nighty night, all.
