Vindictive much?
Friday, 11 March 2005 15:50It's times like these where I hate being dependant on others...I had planned to go to the bank today to talk credit with someone, so I arranged for a ride with Grandma, which she was ok with, since Grandma took her car back after dropping Mom at work.
It's snowing, the roads are fine, but Grandma refuses to drive, which means I won't get to go to the bank for another week now, and she refuses to pick Mom up from work. So unless something is done, Mom's stranded at work with no ride. If I knew how to drive, I'd do it myself.
"That car is my only escape," she says. "If it gets ruined, I'm trapped here."
Then, if you feel trapped, leave.
If you want something done, you've got to do it yourself, they say. Looks like I'll be taking my bike out a little earlier this year--I'm getting sick and tired of depending on people for rides, and going every night from work not knowing whether I have a ride until just before 9.
Ok, enough ranting. Xenosaga now.
