The smell of burning chicken feathers.

So, life continues on...after I finish waking up. Nothing too much interesting going on at work as overtime continues. It'll end this Wednesday, provided it doesn't get extended. AGAIN. As a result, I haven't posted in the current RP in about a week...since overtime doesn't usually give me time for plot. However, last Tuesday, I recorded another Button Mashers podcast with Ben and Joshie.

This weekend is a nice, do-nothing weekend. Yesterday, had my 5th driving lesson, and then I settled in at home for some baseball, some gaming, and some more appraising my baseball card collection. The project continues, but I'm on the second half of the collection--the massive box which houses the bulk of my collection which is finally finding a home in binders and plastic sleeving.

Today, looks like I'm going to April's parents for a Father's Day thing--speaking of, I have to call mine.

In other news, we're just about at the halfway mark for contest signups, and I've only received 4 entries. Click here to get all you need, including the links on where to enter. I want 10 entries before I do the contest for certain. Remember, signups end on midnight ET, July 3.

Lastly, I'm looking forward to the upcoming events: June 30 sees us going to Tanglewood to see A Prairie Home Companion, and then from July 4-8, April, Ryan, myself, and my family go to the Delaware River for 4 days of camping, canoeing, and fishing. Here's the thing: one member of our party has bowed out, so there is now there is a free space for 1 more. Is there any of you who aren't afraid of the outdoors and nature who'd like to go?

Ok, time to no longer sit in front of the computer naked. Hey, it's my apartment, I can prance around nude if I want! ;)
