So I have to ask. Why? Why do you see fit to vote for Eddie? Yes, it was funny early on in the contest, even though some of you were deliberately voting for him out of spite. I mean, did you want to lose points? You must've. I mean, even though no one was going to gain any points from this Silent Hill Final because the two characters involved were nowhere near anywhere close to the Final on anyone's bracket...I must say, the joke's gone far enough. He should've been out a long, long time ago. Regardless, that's what happens in a contest where anyone on the planet can vote. I've no doubt in my mind that some of you perhaps conspired to intentionally vote for the cannon fodder, even sacrificing your own points so that no one else could get. So, congrats--you got your wish--Eddie has won the Silent Hill Division, beating Henry in a final score of 17-12, and he will take on the winner of the Resident Evil Final in the Championship. It'll will be Eddie against either Leon or Claire, and even though no one got any points in the SH Final, some of you can still grab points in the RE Final..which potentially means that some of you could still gain points in the Loser's Match and/or the Championship. Tomorrow, the contest takes a planned 1-day break, and we resume on Sunday with the Loser's Match, Monday sees the Championship, and Tuesday, we end it. And now, your RE Final.

Remember, once you're done voting here, go to Fantasy World, find these battles (usually the latest post) and vote there too.
Tomorrow's battle: Planned break, contest resumes Sunday with the Loser's Match: Henry Townshend vs. the loser of the RE Final.
