Something was lost in the process...

Summer solstice is getting closer, friends. Yesterday and today should be proof of that--warm temps, admiring the beautiful scenery, and for the women--possibly some "male preening," I don't know. Yesterday the college had ordained that it was a "Tuesday," which meant my Tuesday schedule...oi. However, I had been released early from all classes, a major plus. Even though I had got almost 8 hours of sleep the previous night (not last night), I woke up drained, so after my first class, I went to April's dorm and crashed while she did her work...without the pool drain impeding progress. After Bio, talked to Sarah for a bit in an attempt to calm the butterflies in her stomach...thank you, Barry Burton, Albert Wesker, Jill Valentine and Robert Kendo! :) I knew they'd come in in the clutch. Then, a night of April, the laundry and my research paper being the only distraction...heehee...
Today...the official end of classes. Ended with my Comp. 2, then settled for slop with Julio. Afterwards, went into town and saw April off as she went home for the weekend...damn familial obligations. Had I not had work, I would not be here--I'd be on my way to Albany with her. Waaaaaaaah! Oh, well. This weekend marks my last run with McHell, and I work a human shift today--4 to 11:30. Tomorrow and Sunday are unknown, and Monday's the relaxer...actually, the whole damn week is, save for my two finals on the 13th.
Anyway, time to relax a little before work. It's a beautiful day, which means plenty of children. Please, don't let Jabba be manager tonight...
