A temporary castration of the male gender, perhaps?

Yesterday, despite me going to bed unusually early (around 1:30 AM), was pretty good. I rode my bike to work, a 20-minute time from home to Wal-Mart. When I got there, I got my paycheck, which turned out to be $100 more than I thought. Shit, I'll take it. So, all of it (with exception for food) went into the bank, and none to the house. I have a almost certain feeling that there will be monies to be paid out of pocket for the college bill, so I need every penny of this and my next check.
Good thing #2: My boss, Scott, told me that he's going to do the paperwork and put in a good word for me to transfer to the Wal-Mart in North Adams with. Double YAY! I spent about 6 hours yesterday doing a 100% inventory of everything the Wireless Center had, which involved meticulous counting. They thought it wouldn't get done, but it did, so ha! During the second part of my shift, Rob came in and wanted to go to the bowling alley to play pool, so he called the house, told them, and when I got off work, we went, and played some pool, and I also did a little bowling--ending up bowling my 2nd best game ever, a 165 (my best is 166). Rob was gawking at women, and got a phone number. Around 11, Bob called, and Rob vehemently opted not to take the ride home with Bob. However, I wasn't going to let an irritable Bob ruin my night. And despite his annoyed demeanor, I had a smile.
And so, I vegetated for the rest of the night, and because I felt quite tired, went to bed an hour earlier.
Note: It looks very likely that my first visit to New Paltz will be the weekend of September 17-19. Mark those calendars!
Anyway, off to work. See ya tonight.
