Better tidings...really, this time.

After that LJ post, I went to work, riding very quickly...the annoyance still fresh in my mind. However, when I got to work, I left the whole situation at home, and focused on work. Work was boring, actually. For a Sunday, work was REALLY boring. It had a few dashes of stupidity, like when a customer couldn't get it through her head that she wasn't eligible for a phone upgrade, since she was only under contract for a few months.
"Well, I don't want to pay almost $300 for that phone!" Then, you didn't read your contract, you cow. Can't upgrade unless you've been with them for at least a year. Oi. However, I got a text message that made me smile, and when the 8 PM hour rolled around, I hopped on my bike, and oh, was it humid out. I arrived home, drenched in sweat. Now, here's the thing--it's one thing to have your hi-beams on. It's another thing to turn them on as you're getting closer to me. Fucking pricks. But hey, it's only going to be my splattered guts, blood and flesh on your windshield, my muscles and sinew all over your face. No biggie.
But, I'm home, so far, alone--Rob out to the movies with Novi and her friend. No idea when they're returning.
And yes, I'm feeling much better than I did this morning. I hope it stays that way. Now, I shower, for I am sweaty from the evening's bike ride.
