Yahoos, yo-hos, and dog phistle witch.
Monday, 25 October 2004 04:344 AM...and still awake. Now, I think I'm calm enough for the weekend recap, now that my thoughts have settled down a bit.
Thursday: After class let out at 12:15, went to work at 4, and worked until 11. At 7:30, April arrived (yay!) and would amuse herself, with accompanying visits from me. She was showered with free McFood (courtesy of myself and Jaymie), and afterwards, back to my dorm for the night, where sleep would be had.
Friday: Woke at 9 to leave at 10, so April could get to work on time at 1. We arrived with 10 minutes or so to spare, and she went off to work, and I went into town with Nick, and we chatted of things baseball, politics, and video games while I snarfed on food. After which, we headed to the land of the Canadian, only to find he wasn't there, and we sat outside Esopus for a few, until snuck up on by Ben, Wyatt, and Dan. We went to the dorm, played some SSBM, Halo, and saw the demo for MGS3...very impressive, to say the least. I want. 5:30 came around, and I got April at the bookstore, and we headed into town for eats, considering we didn't want Asspuke, so we went to Macho's, and snarfed on quesadillas. Came back, and enjoyed much mush, and Heather's entourage came in, Jedi bearing chocolate liquor...chocolate candies filled with whiskey, tequila, whatever hard liquor. I had one, found that the chocolate covered the taste of whiskey just fine, and that would be that. The group would leave, leaving us to our own fun. April went to sleep early, around midnight or so, after which began a mad search for her ID. Considering I wasn't tired, and as much as I love cuddling with April, I'm not falling asleep at midnight--way too early for me. I ended up going to Ben and Wyatt's for more SSBM and Halo fun, right up until the 3 AM hour, to which I now come back tired to April's dorm, climb in, and fall asleep.
Saturday: Since April had work from 11-2, I ended up sleeping until shortly after 1 PM, yayeth for me. When April returned, more cuddling and fun romping ensued, then off to P&G's, since our attempt on Friday night was foiled due to it being Happy Hour. April got her wish--snarfing on some Prime Rib, and myself Chicken Marsala. After eating much food, we walked off Main Street for a stroll, and walked into Enchanted Toys, where we relived our childhood. We walked along the rail trail, and stopped at a small, 3-sided stone structure overlooking a river. After much squee, we decided to be risky and have some peril right there outside. Now that we were thoroughly warmed up, we headed back to her dorm just in time to watch Game 1 of the World Series. I have one more thing to be proud of--I'm getting April into baseball...better yet, I'm turning her into a Red Sox fan. To make the Sox win, I gave some sacrifical sperm and sure enough, the Sox won. More fun would ensue, and I also realized something--I can be very quiet.
Sunday: Didn't wanna get up...but she wouldn't let me go back to sleep. Wah. After morning fun, we had to relegate ourselves to Asspuke, then a short trip into the computer lab. Afterwards, I packed, and we headed back to MCLA, listening to music along the way. When we got back, we had McSlop, and then we cuddled on a bench in the parking lot for a little while until she left. Shortly after she left, I checked the status of my private loan...and that's when the sounds of glass shattered in my mind, and the weekend plunged...which led to the aforementioned last two posts, which left April in tears, feeling helpless. However, after the chats with her and Sarah, plus the fact the Sox won tonight, I feel better...and am in need of sleep. It'll all look so much better in the daytime.
